Characteristics:
- Limpid, dark ruby red colour.
- Complex nose, bouquet of black currant and blueberries, expressive aroma of roast almond and vanilla, due to ageing in barriques.
- Full mouth with nice balance between the alcohol and acids, pleasant, soft tannins, long finish.
Serving: Serve at 18°C with salamis as first courses, roasted meat, game, cheese etc.
