Grape variety: Pinot Noir.

Characteristics:
- Мatured in oak barrels, has a fairly deep intense colour which turns ruby with age.
- The nose has hints of vanilla blending in with the aromas of cherry and red fruits which are typical of Pinot Noir.
- It remains well balanced, soft and round in the mouth on well-balanced tannin.
Serving: Beef cutlet or shoulder, beef bourguignon, game (wild boar, venison), giblets (kidney, liver...), and of course strong cheeses.
