Grape variety: one-third Pinot Noir and two-thirds Gamay.

Characteristics:

- A red colour with mauve and shiny glints.

- It opens with red fruit hints.

- Lightly tannic, this is a fresh, lively wine with touches of fruit (cherry) and underbrush.

Serving: Goes well with traditional stewed dishes (pot au feu, beef bourguignon, eggs en meurette), or light lunches with charcuteries (ham, terrines, tarts...). It can also accompany quiche, pizza, purees... and cheeses (Camembert, Brie...).
