Grape variety: Chardonnay.

Characteristics:

- Very complex aromas on the nose, successive fruity, floral and mineral hints, with particular menthol and lemon overtones.

- A full-bodied and rich wine with amazing finesse and delicate aromas.

Serving: Salmon or tuna tartar, codfish with mild spices, fish terrine, caramelised king prawns or sea food ravioli gratin, and delicate and refined dishes all pair perfectly with the finesse and richness of our Montagny 1er cru. The charolais veal with its white sauce, Bresse poultry, and cheeses (Comte, Beaufort, Emmental, goat) are also excellent accompaniments for this wine.
