Grape varieties: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Parellada.
Characteristics:
- Displays great aromatic intensity;
- Complex and silky on palate with elegant breath;
- Hints of vanilla testify to its ageing in French oak casks.
Serving: Ideal with oysters, smoked salmon, seafood and fish dishes. Serve slightly chilled (around 10°C).
