Grape varieties: Merlot 80%, Cabernet Franc 20%.
Characteristics:
- The robe has a nice garnet colour.
- The nose is fresh, with white skin fruits and red currant aromas. After a smooth and fruity attack, the middle palate is unctuous and generous. The finale is long, fruity and smoky. The tannins are delicate and creamy. This juicy wine leaves you with a sensation of harmony and pleasure.
Serving: To drink at approximately 17°C. It is an excellent accompaniment to game, roasted poultry , meat with sauce, chicken with mushrooms and almost all types of cheese.
