Characteristics:

- A luminous, deep purple colour.

- The nose shows elegance and grace, over power, with initial balsamic aromas evolving into a fruity medley highlighting bottled cherries, followed closely by notes of spice and leather.

- A pronounced acidity makes for the wine of appealing leanness, boistered by dense but judicious tannins. The finish is clean and dry.

Serving: Serve at 18°C with pasta dishes with meat sauces, grilled and rotisserie roasted meats, and fresh cheeses.
